Go to sugarplus.best and click "Register". Fill in your full name, email address, Philippine mobile number and date of birth. Choose a username and a strong password, then confirm you're 21 or older and agree to the Terms and Conditions. After clicking "Create My SugarPlus Account", check your email for a verification link. Click it and your account is live. The whole process takes under two minutes for most Filipino players.

You must be at least 21 years old to register and use SugarPlus. This requirement applies to all members across the Philippines. Your date of birth is collected at registration and verified via a government-issued ID before your first withdrawal is processed. Accounts that cannot confirm the 21+ requirement will be restricted from transacting on the platform.

Any valid Philippine government-issued photo ID is accepted: passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, driver's licence, PRC ID or UMID. The ID must show your full legal name and date of birth. A clear photo or scan of the front and back of the ID is required, along with a selfie holding the ID in some cases. No. SugarPlus allows strictly one account per person, per household and per device. Creating duplicate accounts — for example, to claim multiple welcome bonuses — is a violation of the Terms and Conditions and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balance held. If you believe a duplicate account was created by mistake, contact support@sugarplus.best immediately to have it resolved.

You can request account closure by emailing support@sugarplus.best from your registered email address. Include your username and the reason for closure if you're comfortable sharing it. Any remaining balance in your SugarPlus wallet will be returned to your registered Philippine payment method before the account is closed. If you want to pause rather than permanently close, consider using the cooling-off or self-exclusion tools available under the Responsible Gaming section in Account Settings.
Deposits

Log in to your SugarPlus account and go to the Wallet section. Select "Deposit", choose GCash or Maya as your payment method and enter the amount you want to add. You'll be redirected to the GCash or Maya payment screen to complete the transaction. Once confirmed, your SugarPlus wallet is topped up within minutes. Your GCash or Maya account must be fully verified to avoid transaction limits set by the e-wallet provider — this is a Maya/GCash requirement, not a SugarPlus one.

The minimum deposit on SugarPlus is ₱100. This applies to all payment methods including GCash, Maya, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, GrabPay and Coins.ph. There is no deposit fee charged by SugarPlus — any transaction fee visible during the payment process comes from your chosen payment provider, not from the platform.

SugarPlus accepts all major Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank, InstaPay bank transfers, PESONet transfers, and Visa/Mastercard credit and debit cards. All transactions are processed in Philippine pesos (₱). SugarPlus does not currently accept cryptocurrency or international wire transfers.

GCash and Maya deposits typically reflect in your SugarPlus wallet within one to three minutes. Bank transfers via InstaPay usually arrive within 30 minutes; PESONet transfers can take up to one business day. If your deposit hasn't arrived after the expected time, first check your bank or e-wallet app to confirm the transaction was completed and wasn't declined or returned. Then contact SugarPlus support at support@sugarplus.best with your transaction reference number and we'll trace it promptly.
Withdrawals

Log in to SugarPlus, go to your Wallet and select "Withdraw". Choose your preferred Philippine payment method — GCash and Maya are the fastest options. Enter the amount you want to withdraw, confirm the details and submit. The funds will be sent to the payment account you used to deposit, or to your verified withdrawal account if you've set one up separately. Make sure your SugarPlus account is fully KYC-verified before your first withdrawal request.

The minimum withdrawal on SugarPlus is ₱200. Processing times depend on the payment method: GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within one to two hours during business hours; bank transfers to BDO, BPI and UnionBank are processed within one business day. SugarPlus does not charge withdrawal fees — any deduction visible in your account is a fee applied by your bank or e-wallet provider.

The most common reasons for a withdrawal being held on SugarPlus are: incomplete KYC verification (your ID hasn't been confirmed yet), an active bonus with remaining turnover requirements, a mismatch between the name on your SugarPlus account and the name on your payment account, or a technical issue during processing. Check your account for any pending verification tasks first. If everything looks in order and the withdrawal is still delayed beyond the expected processing time, contact support@sugarplus.best with your withdrawal reference number.
Sports Betting

Log in to SugarPlus, navigate to the Sports section and select PBA Basketball. You'll see all available games with full betting markets — spreads, moneylines, totals and more. Click on the odds for the selection you want to add to your betslip. Enter your stake in Philippine pesos in the betslip panel, check the potential return and confirm the bet. Winnings are credited to your SugarPlus wallet automatically once the game result is settled.

SugarPlus offers betting markets on PBA (Philippine Basketball Association), NBA, MMA (including UFC events), boxing — with strong coverage of Filipino fighters — and more. The sports lineup is regularly updated based on what's currently active and what Filipino bettors are most interested in. The minimum bet on SugarPlus is ₱10 per selection. Maximum bet limits vary by sport, market and event — high-profile games like PBA finals and major boxing cards may have different maximum stakes compared to regular season fixtures. Stake limits are shown in the betslip when you enter your amount. If you need a specific limit reviewed for a large wager, contact SugarPlus support in advance.

If a game is officially cancelled or postponed and does not take place within the settlement window defined in SugarPlus's betting rules, all bets on that event are voided and stakes are returned to your SugarPlus wallet. For parlay bets, a voided selection is usually removed from the parlay and winnings are recalculated based on the remaining selections. Yes. SugarPlus offers live in-play betting on selected sports and events, including PBA games and major international fixtures. In-play odds update in real time as the game progresses. Note that during live betting, odds can be suspended momentarily around scoring events or key moments — this is normal and the market will reopen quickly. In-play bets are subject to the same wallet balance and stake limit rules as pre-game bets.
Bonuses & Promotions

The SugarPlus welcome bonus is credited automatically to your account after your first qualifying deposit — no promo code needed unless one was specifically provided to you. A turnover requirement (also called a wagering or rollover requirement) means you need to bet a certain total amount before the bonus can be converted into withdrawable cash. For example, a bonus with a 10x turnover requirement means you need to wager a total of 10 times the bonus amount in qualifying bets before you can withdraw the bonus funds. After registering on SugarPlus, you'll have a unique referral link in your account. Change your password immediately using the "Forgot password" link. Then email support@sugarplus.best right away with your username and a description of what you noticed — unusual login activity, unauthorised bets or a missing wallet balance. The security team will review your account activity log and take action quickly. If an unauthorised withdrawal was made, document all the details in your report.
