Acceptance of Terms

By accessing sugarplus.best, creating a SugarPlus account or placing any bet on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use SugarPlus.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and SugarPlus. They apply to all activities on the platform including sports betting, casino games, promotions, deposits and withdrawals. Any previous understanding, communication or informal arrangement is superseded by these written terms.

SugarPlus may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised version. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or via the registered email address on your account.

Eligibility and Account Registration

To register a SugarPlus account and place bets, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• Be physically located in an area where accessing online betting platforms is not prohibited by applicable law.
• Register using your own accurate, current and complete personal information.
• Not have an existing active or suspended SugarPlus account.
• Not be listed on any self-exclusion register applicable under Philippine gaming regulations.

SugarPlus reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point. These may include a government-issued ID, proof of address or documentation supporting the payment method used. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure.

Providing false information during registration is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account termination, cancellation of all pending bets and forfeiture of any balance held at the time of discovery.

Account Security and Responsibility

Your SugarPlus login credentials are strictly personal. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorised it directly. Do not share your account with anyone, including family members or friends. Account sharing may be interpreted as suspicious activity and could trigger a security review. If SugarPlus determines that an account is being used by more than one person, it may be suspended pending investigation.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your SugarPlus account, notify the support team immediately. While SugarPlus will take reasonable steps to assist, the platform cannot be held liable for losses arising from credentials that were shared, written down in an insecure location or compromised by actions outside the platform's control.

Deposits and Payments

SugarPlus accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfer, BDO online banking, BPI online banking, UnionBank, and eligible Philippine-issued Visa and Mastercard bank cards. The available methods may change from time to time and will be displayed within the platform at the point of deposit.

All transactions are processed in Philippine pesos (₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. There is no maximum stated deposit limit, although SugarPlus may apply account-level controls based on verification status or other risk factors.

Important conditions for deposits:

• The payment account or card used must belong to the same person as the registered SugarPlus account.
• Third-party deposits — where someone else funds your account — are not permitted.
• Deposits made using stolen, fraudulent or disputed payment methods will be reversed, and the associated SugarPlus account will be reviewed for suspension.
• SugarPlus does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may apply its own charges.

Withdrawals and Payout Processing

Withdrawal requests from SugarPlus are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and to protect members from fraudulent redirection of funds.

Standard withdrawal processing times on SugarPlus:

• GCash and Maya: Same business day for fully verified accounts, subject to cut-off times.
• Bank transfers (BDO, BPI, UnionBank, InstaPay, PESONet): One to three business days depending on the receiving bank.
• Visa / Mastercard: Three to five business days.

SugarPlus may request additional verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts with incomplete identity documentation. Withdrawals will not be processed if there is an unresolved security flag, ongoing investigation or any active bonus with unsatisfied turnover conditions attached to the balance.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed until the balance meets the minimum.

Betting Rules and Void Bets

All bets placed on SugarPlus are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport or game market at the time the wager is accepted. These rules are accessible within the platform for each betting category.

A bet may be declared void by SugarPlus in the following situations:

• The event is cancelled before completion and no official result is declared.
• The event is postponed beyond the applicable settlement window stated in the market rules.
• A material error in the odds was published, including pricing significantly out of line with the true market.
• The outcome is determined to be affected by match-fixing or other corrupt conduct, pending official investigation.
• The bet was placed after the event had already started in a pre-match market, due to a platform delay.

When a bet is voided, the original stake is returned to your SugarPlus wallet. If a voided selection was part of a multi-bet, the remaining selections will be settled as if that leg never existed, and the multi-bet will be recalculated accordingly.

SugarPlus does not accept bets from members using automated systems, bots or software designed to exploit pricing errors. Accounts identified as using such methods will be suspended, and affected winnings may be withheld pending review.

Bonuses and Promotions

SugarPlus offers promotions including but not limited to: welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, rebates, referral incentives and seasonal campaigns. Each promotion operates under its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer on the SugarPlus promotions page.

General bonus conditions that apply across all SugarPlus promotions unless the individual offer states otherwise:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible member, household or IP address unless stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds carry a turnover requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Wagering contribution rates vary by game type — some games may contribute at less than 100% towards turnover.
• Bonuses expire after the stated validity period. Unused bonus funds and any winnings derived from them will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Creating duplicate accounts to claim the same promotion multiple times is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

SugarPlus reserves the right to cancel, modify or discontinue any promotion at any time. If an offer is cancelled, any qualifying activity already completed in good faith will be reviewed and a fair resolution applied where possible.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on SugarPlus and may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of pending bets and permanent ban from the platform:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts or any technological aid to gain an unfair advantage over other members or the platform.
• Colluding with other members to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Opening multiple accounts to exploit welcome or referral bonuses.
• Funding your SugarPlus account using stolen, borrowed or unauthorised payment credentials.
• Attempting to reverse or charge back a deposit after the corresponding funds have been used for betting.
• Placing bets on behalf of another person who is excluded, restricted or ineligible under these terms.
• Sharing insider information to place bets with an unfair informational advantage over published odds.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing SugarPlus staff, agents or other members through any communication channel.

SugarPlus employs automated and manual monitoring to identify prohibited behaviour. If your account triggers a review, you may be asked to provide documentation before normal activity resumes. Cooperation with the review process is a condition of continued membership.

Responsible Gaming

Limitation of Liability
